E14 · RET-002 — Retrospective of E14

Look back at how E14 was built, decide what changes, review what the growing project needs, update the playbook (ADR-0023, /retro skill).

Acceptance criteria

• Given the improvement log and the facts of E14 (commits, audit findings, CI failures, check durations), when the retrospective is held, then both sides' views are recorded in docs/process/retrospectives/E14-retrospective.md.
• Given the evolvability review, when it is answered with figures, then each of its six questions ends in "nothing yet", a story or an ADR.
• Given the lessons of E14, when the retrospective ends, then docs/playbook/ and the agent configuration are updated and the treated log rows are moved.

• T1 — Gather facts and the improvement log (1 h)
• T2 — Retrospective with the Product Owner; evolvability review; decisions (2 h)
• T3 — Record, update the playbook and the agent configuration (1 h)
